Role: Senior Product Line Manager - UNITE Men’s Apparel

  • Duration: December 2023 - Current

  • Manage seasonal line plans and product creation process with our PCC partners. Ensure that factories have what they need to produce REBUY apparel, and, adapt and communicate when obstacles come up during production.

  • Align with INLINE product line managers and ensure that the UNITE line stays profitable and delivers what the consumer needs all while not cannibalizing the INLINE product lines.

  • Communicate with Merch partners to ensure that the marketplace and Geos are heard. Align with Global Merchandising to address any Geo insights and gaps.

  • Manage product in the ERM program. Excess Raw Materials converts excess materials that would be disposed of into product to recoup any eaten costs.

Role: Product Line Manager II - Men’s Tees

  • Duration: January 2022 - December 2023

  • Manage the product creation workflow and ensure alignment between Miro, AirTable, MMX, and our seasonal line plans.

  • Manage communication and collaboration between cross-functional triad partners.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information and data of our seasonal lines, participating in/conducting triad meetings, and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams through seasonal gates.

  • Lead Triad and work closely with Product Management teammates, Design, Tech Development, PIAs, and Sourcing/Costing teams to manage the product creation cycle during each season.

  • Partner with Merchandising and other external cross functional teams to not only learn about product performance/POS data in the marketplace, but bring the product to life each season as well.
